The location of this hotel was absolutely breathtaking, offering stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, with some even featuring balconies to enjoy the picturesque scenery. The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, providing excellent service and attention to detail. One standout aspect was the restaurant, which not only served delicious food but also offered panoramic views of the town. Another highlight was the breakfast, which provided a variety of tasty options to start the day off right. All in all, this hotel is a great value for money and I highly recommend it.
Nothing to complain about, everything was perfect.

Location and value for money.
Food left uncovered in dinning room for the flys to share!

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel on a previous occasion but under no circumstances will we stay there again. I am writing under separate cover to complain about this hotel. Interestingly when I returned home the following day I checked the site for reviews thinking that perhaps we just got a bad day and found that the hotel was no longer taking bookings.

The location was spectacular and well worth the ride in the mountains up to this castle.
So much more could be made from this fabulous place. The food was a very poor standard. I realise that we didn't pay much for the meal - but simple, tasty food would have been just the ticket. The staff in the bar were rather grumpy.

The hotel had a nice view from the balcony and we enjoyed exploring the surrounding villages and areas. the room was comfortable and the bathroom was nice.
The service was very poor and the staff were unhelpful. It was difficult to get information about the hotel facilities and the tourist information was not provided.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the old castle atop a small hill overlooking the town. The rooms were well decorated and clean, with great views of the surrounding mountains from the balcony. The staff were friendly and attentive, especially a Moroccan waiter who went out of his way to make my 11-month-old son feel special. The hotel restaurant served delicious meals, and the breakfast was satisfactory.
All was great, no complaints.
